Bread StuffingThis is a traditional turkey stuffing, however if you would like to eat it all year round you can use it as chicken stuffing anytime.
Ingredients350g (12 oz) shallots, finely chopped100g (4 oz) butter 350g (12 oz) soft white breadcrumbs 40g (1½ oz) chopped parsley salt and ground black pepper to taste
