Vienna Coffee

This tasty coffee has a very pleasant and warming cinnamon flavour and smell. For special presentation the whipped cream can be piped onto the coffee cups in a swirl before decorating with cinnamon and chocolate.

Ingredients

60 ml (1/3 cup) single cream
100 ml (½ cup) milk
2 cups Freshly Brewed Coffee
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup double cream
cinnamon powder
rich dark chocolate, grated

Instructions

  1. Place milk, cinnamon and single cream in a saucepan. Heat gently until almost simmering.
  2. Pour in the coffee a little at a time, whisking until frothy.
  3. Whip double cream until stiff. Grate the chocolate.
  4. Pour coffee into warm cups. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and grated chocolate.
