Vienna Coffee

This tasty coffee has a very pleasant and warming cinnamon flavour and smell. For special presentation the whipped cream can be piped onto the coffee cups in a swirl before decorating with cinnamon and chocolate.

Ingredients

500ml (2 cup) cold milk
4 tablespoons malt powder
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
sugar to taste
grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put two tall tumblers or malt glasses in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Blend cold milk, malt powder and ice cream in a blender until smooth.
  3. Taste at this point and see if you want to add sugar.
  4. Pour mixture into the chilled glasses and decorate with the grated chocolate.
