Best Ever Hot Chocolate

This is the worlds best hot chocolate. It is also delicious made into an iced chocolate.

1. On low heat slowly heat the milk in a heavy based pan, never allowing the milk to boil.
2. Mix the cocoa, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of cream together slowly, working out all the lumps. Once the mixture is smooth add the remaining cream one tablespoon at a time.
3. When the milk is simmering remove it from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then stir in the ice cream.
4. Once the ice cream has fully melted pour in the cocoa cream mixture slowly constantly stirring. Reheat the mixture slightly. Serve immediately with more whipped cream, marshmallows or ice cream.
